Dawn was excellent and so proficient in getting me to a building I was interested. She went above and beyond to help me with a smooth transition coming from a house to the Townehouse. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was so caring and helpful will my requests. All staff and maintenance are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The snow removal was exceptional. They had it down to a science. Shoveling, ice melt, then cleared my driveway. Fast and efficient. They cleared my driveway... and walkway that was down to the blacktop. Anytime I needed maintenance they came so quickly and took care of anything I needed done. I recommend Fairfield Townehouse of Coram to anyone looking to rent a beautiful place to call home. Thank you to all staff of Fairfield Townehouse of Coram.

I was searching for a new property to call home and came across Fairfield Properties through an online search. I was fortunate to connect with Dawn, who made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating of what I was looking for and guided me to the right resources to ensure a seamless move-in process.
Dawn helped me take full advantage of the current Fairfield Properties promotion and assisted me every step of the way from submitting... documentation to receiving final approval. Communication was easy and consistent through text, email, and phone calls.
Fairfield Properties was also very accommodating and supportive of my military status, which I truly appreciated. I am now fully moved into my new apartment and absolutely love it. The space is open, spacious, and the property is very well maintained. I couldn’t be happier with my decision and highly recommend Fairfield Properties and especially Dawn for her outstanding service

I want to say a huge thank you to the management team at Fairfield properties for giving me and my daughter a wonderful and life-changing experience.
We had been living at a Fairfield property (the Wel) for over a year when we needed to transfer to another apartment closer to my daughter’s college. We LOVED our apartment at the Wel and the staff there including Julie and John were so great to work with.
The move to the Townhouses at Coram came suddenly and we needed to move in order to keep... my daughter with me.
I was in contact with Dawn at the townhouses trying to figure out how and when we could move.
Ultimately, Dawn and Julie were truly my heros in making our move happen.
We love our new home and can’t say enough for all of the staff at the Wel or the Townhouse at Coram.
Great maintenance teams and amenities at both places. We are looking forward to seeing the clubhouse and gym updates.

Good Holiday Promotion

Moving into Fairfield was one of the easiest leasing processes I have went to, and they worked with my schedule to make my move in quick and convenient. The amenities the community holds are great for my family, including the gym and swimming pool. Move in day was smooth, with hardly any complications and was less stressful than most move ins. The apartment is updated, with stainless steel appliances and great space and natural lighting. The rooms are a nice size for the family as well. The... in-house washer and dryer also makes our lives significantly more convenient as well. Overall Fairfield has been nothing but great to us so far, and has our satisfaction met

Buyer beware

They do look nice on the surface, but there are constant rent increases. There are insect issues, and for certain no matter how much in advance you plan to move-out they will charge you an additional month and you will have to fight for your deposit no matter how clean you kept the place or if you had a short-term lease.
