I had my tour with Danielle and I had the best experience out of any tour I've ever taken. She was not only extremely friendly, honest, and accommodating it was a very no-pressure experience. The unit was gorgeous. Rarely do you find an apartment with a French door refrigerator with a built-in water dispenser. Both air conditioning units are brand new (so no mold or any other issues), all brand new appliances with a built-in air fryer in the microwave! The flooring was incredible and it is a very spacious unit. I was astonished that the online pictures matched the unit identically. Even the residents were super friendly. The fact that they use a card system for laundry machines over coins is a bonus. Not to mention an ultra-reasonable price. We finished out the lease signing with Dawn and Dawn was as incredible as Danielle. You get the vibe of honest, friendly, caring individuals. Cannot wait to move in and become a part of the Fairfield family!

Just moved into my new apartment and love it. Tara was so helpful and made the process for us so easy. She was wonderful. She definitely went above and beyond for us, answering my calls no matter what time it was. We are so happy we chose to move here.

Great property and leasing agents
I orginally met with Dawn on January 25 at coram village, though it was a little bit out of our price range. She then mentioned that she had another property up the road that was running $1000 off if moving date by February 15. She sent me to see marion who was also a pleasure to work with. Property is beautiful, love the pool and clubhouse, cane back in today to put in my application with Dawn. Looking forward to getting approved and moving in.
