Dog Barking is ridiculous

This is a dog friendly complex, and I love dogs, but there are some people with out of control dogs that shake the entire building because they're so big and loud. The dogs bark constantly, all day, and I can feel my floor vibrating from them jumping. These dogs weigh more than a human does. I've contacted management and no one has replied which is a headache.

Home Sweet Home - Thanks to Terrence!

After 20 years in a home, I thought the transition into an apartment was going to be difficult. However, Terrence was so helpful! He understood what my son and I were looking for and helped us find our new home. We love our apartment! The apartment has been completely renovated. It is clean and bright! The grounds are lush and beautiful. Lake Grove is wonderful village and only 4 miles a away from Stony Brook Hospital.
We have nothing but good things to say about Lake Grove, Fairfield, and our... amazing leasing agent, Terrence. Thank you!!

Strange noise in walls during windy days

I'm in a bottom floor apartment. My friends in other buildings experience this too. Whenever it's windy, there are loud bangs in quick succession, as if something in the infrastructure of the walls/ceiling is straining against the wind. I think it might be the internal fans getting pushed back against their ratcheting, but whatever it is, it's really loud. Other than that, it's a great place to live. nice maintenance, easy parking/apt access, and so close to Lidl for cheap groceries!

Best maintenance guys ever
1/31/22
I just want to say these guys work so hard and always go above and beyond for us. This blizzard was a horror but Hugo Mike Eunice and Antonio worked all night for 2 days to clear us out. I am disabled and need a little more help than others. I didn’t think I would get out of my spot but Hugo came to my rescue I didn’t know how I would get to work and he put my fears to rest so thank god Fairfield has these guys

Best property manager EVER
10/1/21
I have to admit I was not an easy client: I booked the apartment over email while living in Seattle area, there were numerous delays on my side with the paperwork, and when it was time to pay the security deposit, I was traveling in Europe and was not able to send a certified check. Still, Terrence (the property manager) was extremely helpful, supportive, and professional at all stages of the process. Highly recommended.
