Avoid this complex
The one star I give this place is for the leasing agent Dina, she is fantastic and goes out of her way to help you in any way she can. Fairfield itself is terrible. The buildings in this complex are older, constant maintenance issues that you have to fight to get resolved, and a lot of bugs regardless of season and how much you clean. Despite all of this I wanted to stay as it is quiet in my corner and I like my neighbors a lot. The rent is going up again and they won’t make consideration for any type of concession, despite renovated versions of my unit being advertised for substantially less than my current rent. Shoddy maintenance both inside and out, constant bugs, higher and higher rent every year for less and less value is what you’re in for, avoid this place.
