The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It gives a true neighborhood feel. I love all the trees and flowers. The staff are also very sweet and helpful. Maintenance is not always on top of things, but compared to other places, not terrible.

So far, having a great experience. I love my apartment and the fact that there are no critters inside. (Was a big worry of mine). Neighbors have been awesome as well. My only want/need is more closet space. ??

I've been waiting for service for about a month to have my bathroom floor fixed. I already put in 3 requests. This is not the first time that something like this has happened.

I love living here! It’s beautiful the grounds are beautiful, my townhome is updated and very large, most community members are very nice and kind. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the leasing office, is not professional, they do not follow up with residents when requested. Multiple emails sent and phone calls with messages left for an urgent call back and nothing. Maintenance is always late, but they are really incredible workers the maintenance workers, I feel they may need additional help.
