I love it , all the employees are caring, understanding, helpful, and make The Point a very comfortable place to call home. I love that the clubhouse has the amenities like bball court and the pool is great. Sometimes I go just to get fresh air and it is so relaxing. Thank you to everyone involved who makes this all possible.

Going into my 7th year here. Beautiful little community, quiet. Beautiful pool, grounds ere pretty well kept. Some things need updating as it gets older but other than that I cant complain

been here three months very happy with the staff also the grounds are maintained very nicely..... also like the weekly food trucks....the cleanliness of the gym is really good as well

I have lived here for 4 years and I love it! The grounds are kept very clean, the community feels very safe and quiet and the maintenance crew is always around to help and get things fixed or completed. Pool season has just begun and I’m looking forward to spending the summer at the beautiful pool surrounded by trees and flowers as well as walking the grounds on the walking paths.
