Everything is ok but overall not satisfied with the up keep of the property and communication with the staff. Continued issues with the packages being delivered at the wrong place and getting misplaced. EV- Charging issues now and again.

Great community, amazing atmosphere and the building is beautiful. Apartment is perfect with plenty of space. Maintenance is on point with repairs. Staff is professional and very helpful

The process to lease was very quick and easy. Victoriya made sure to reply promptly and responded to all the emails and questions I had. Th eonly downside is that it is was very difficult finding someone in the office. Sometimes the leaasing office is closed with a sign and no one returns.

My stay at Metro 303 was great! The location was convenient, amenities were solid, and the environment was comfortable. It was a great place to live before moving to my new apartment, and I appreciate the experience I had there.

Excellent responses. Above and beyond especially from employee Victoria and Maintenance staff. When I moved here I was so confused. The physical outlay was overwhelming. I’ve lived in a private house for over sixty years until moving here. Thank you so very much for all your wonderful assistance.
