Since last year, we have repeatedly raised complaints regarding the foul odour coming from the exhaust vents in both our kitchen and bathroom. This issue has severely affected our living conditions and made the apartment extremely uncomfortable to reside in.
Despite multiple complaints, management has failed to secure vent opening on the exterior brick façade with a bird-deterrent net. Unfortunately, no meaningful action has been taken to resolve the problem.
As a result of this continued negligence, birds are once again breeding inside the open vent outlet. We are now experiencing the exact same issue we reported last year, particularly as we are entering the same seasonal period when the problem previously occurred.
Given the substantial rent we pay for this apartment, it is unacceptable to be subjected to such unsanitary and unresolved conditions. We will be seriously reconsidering the renewal of our lease and would be compelled to advise prospective tenants of our experience.

The building is very safe. We’ve never felt unsafe. Vicky was so helpful and attentive when we moved in. Pedro is lovely as well. He is very friendly and always does a good job of fulfilling our maintenance requests.

There's 6 EV-Charging Station available and only 2 or 3 are operational since past 4 weeks and no action is being taken by the management. In staircase well there a constant pungent smell coming since long and no steps are being taken to address that.
