There's 6 EV-Charging Station available and only 2 or 3 are operational since past 4 weeks and no action is being taken by the management. In staircase well there a constant pungent smell coming since long and no steps are being taken to address that.

So far so good. Everyone here seems so friendly and professional. The new apartment is great! I have no complains! Maintenance came to fix my sliding fairly quickly! and location of the complex is perfect so there is no hassle getting to where to need to go. couldn't ask for more.

Nice community, staff is friendly, occasional issues with parking in the garage after 8PM, the elevator being inoperable, and packages going missing.

I just love my apartment it’s quiet spacious I’m in awe I can go to the balcony sit and get some sun or hang out at the pool and don’t even have to worry about parking I just love it
