This two bedroom apartment is in the 2nd floor of a legal two family house. There is a private entrance and each student / tenant will be issued keys . The apartment is partially furnished . This apartment is a short walk to ... Country Life Press Train Station on south side of Garden City. Retired Landlord and wife live on 1st floor. There is an Eat In Kitchen (with elect. stove, refrigerator and a microwave oven), a Living room, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms (one is larger and the other smaller). Apportionment of rent by two students can be negotiated. Landlord can/will accept backing of students by parents, if students do not have a credit rating or a favorable credit rating . Utilities are included, except cable tv/Internet. However, these can be added. Wifi is available. Hofstra and Adelphi buses traverse close by on Washington Street ( i don't know at this point if they can be used by students to commute to school from this location-----Check with school ) .
