About the Listing Agent
Wendy started her Real Estate career in 2002 at Rowan Realty, a family business, and an integral part of her life since it began in 1964. Her aunt Harriet Rowan founded the company and served as its Broker until her mother took over in 2018. They have 3 children, Carole, Louis, and Francesca, and have lived in Westbury Gardens for over 40 Years. Wendy serves on the Board of Directors for the Westbury-Carle Place Chamber of Commerce, Westbury Arts, and is a member of the Village of Westbury Planning Board. She is committed to improving her community and helping people throughout Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens with all their needs.
