Dawn Frojen strives to make her clients' lives easier. She starts by listening to their needs and develops a strategy to help them realize their goals then does everything she can to ensure their real estate transaction is as enjoyable as possible. Her training as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and experience as a project manager for her own renovation of a Brooklyn home make her well-positioned to assist clients in sorting through the myriad of variables a real estate transaction presents. Her excellent communication, persistence, optimism and ability to respond effectively in all types of negotiations make Dawn a great asset to those that she works with. A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota Dawn arrived in New York in 1999 by way of Los Angeles, where she graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC). While in college Dawn served as Vice-President of the Phi Chapter of Chi Omega and studied abroad in Spain and England. She has held many positions in the USC Alumni Club of New York, including Scholarship Chair, Signature Events Chair and President. In 2015 she was honored with the Spirit of Troy Award for her efforts and contributions to the Club. She has served as Regent and was named Outstanding Junior Member of the Year for the Brooklyn Chapter DAR. In her spare time Dawn enjoys traveling, running, and scuba diving. She has run ten marathons, including New York City, London, Chicago, Marine Corps, Los Angeles, and Rome. Her current running goal is to complete half marathons in all 50 states. Prior to getting her real estate license in 2005, Dawn enjoyed a career in luxury travel sales, working for All Nippon Airways, the Four Seasons, Eos and Silverjet.
