Private Room With A fully Equipped Kitchen for $800-900

My house is a private home in a quite neighborhood about 15 minutes ride from Hofstra Uni­versity and 7 minutes walk to the Baldwin LIRR train station to Manhattan-Penn. Station. I rent rooms exclusively to local and international students . Rooms... are fully furnished with Wi-Fi, cable TV, and individual cooling and heating system in each room. Linen and towels are bedding are provided by the house. The beautiful John's Beach is 15 minutes ride away, or a 2 minutes LI train ride to next town, Freeport, where a local bus takes people to/from the beach in about 15 minutes for the regular bus fare.
